Appointment of a manager

Appointment of a manager by the Tribunal is a draconian order

And consequently it’s not an order that the Tribunal makes lightly.  After all, it’s the deprivation of the proprietary right a landlord has to manage their block.

A Tribunal will expect to be persuaded that there are grounds on which they can be called upon to appoint a manager.  And that it is just and convenient for them to do so.

And then they’ll need to consider the suitability of the proposed manager, and the terms of any management order.

It’s much more than just proving some fault.

And whether you’re bringing the application, or defending an application that’s been made, you need the experts on your side.

Our team are experienced not only in First Tier Tribunal matters, but also have a proven track record in appointment of manager proceedings before the Tribunal.  You’ll be in safe (and experienced) hands with PM Legal.
