Do you qualify?

The right to manage your block isn’t based on any fault on the part of the current landlord or management company. But instead, in order for the right to manage to be acquired, the qualifying criteria must be met and the processes and procedures adhered to.

Failing to meet the qualifying criteria will be fatal to any right to manage claim.

But the legislation (and tranche of case law which has developed) can often make it difficult to know whether the qualifying criteria have been met.

That’s where the expertise of our lawyers can help.

We’re well versed in the legislation, up to date with the case law, and best placed to advise you on the simple question: do we qualify for the right to manage?
