Appointment of manager: proceedings in the Tribunal

Appointment of a manager by the Tribunal is a draconian order and consequently is not an order that the Tribunal makes lightly.  After all, it’s the deprivation of the proprietary right a landlord has to manage their block.

A Tribunal will expect the leaseholders to persuade them that there are grounds on which they can be called upon to appoint a manager. It is just as convenient for them to do so.  And then they’ll need to consider the suitability of the proposed manager, and the terms of any management order.  It’s much more than just proving some fault.

And that’s why you need the experts on your side.

Our team are experienced not only in FTT matters, but also have a proven track record in appointment of manager proceedings before the Tribunal.  You’ll be in safe (and experienced) hands with PM Legal.
